Looks like controversies and congratulations always come side by side for Christina …….I mean one day she gets in the news for the most weirdest reasons then the next day she is in the news for the thing we all love her for……..Music. This time round we have some good news coz it looks like Christina is all set to get herself some new honours and she is not alone coz she is joined by the band Evanesence!!!

CHRISTINA and EVANESCENCE are leading the international nominations at next year’s (07) NRJ Music Awards, with three nods each. The pop star is up for Best International Female, Best International Song for AIN’T NO OTHER MAN and Best International Album for BACK TO BASICS, while the rock group have been nominated in Best International Group, Best International Album for OPEN DOOR and Best Video for CALL ME WHEN YOU’RE SOBER.

Well we just hope that Christina does win and this win might inspire her to get back to……… just singing !!

Barbra Streisand, Elton John and Christina Aguilera will help crooner Tony Bennett extend his 80th birthday celebrations next month after signing up to appear in a TV special with him.The stars perform on a new duets album with Bennett, and he was thrilled when they all agreed to join him onstage for an upcoming 80th birthday special, An American Classic.

One of the previous posts talked on how Christina Aguilera was trying to ape Marlyn Monroe…… well I must say that I think that I have an answer as to why she is doing that !! Christina Aguilera is hopeful of playing the role of the 5o’s pin-up girl Jeanne Carmen who is said to resemble Marlyn Monroe !!

POP star Christina Aguilera is hoping to play 50s pin-up Jeanne Carmen in a biopic of her life. The stunning singer has been short-listed alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones and Scarlett Johansson to land the saucy role.Jeanne Carmen, now 76, was known as the “queen of the B-movies” in the 50s. The beautiful blonde actress, whose look was similar to screen legend Marilyn Monroe, starred in a host of low-budget films, including Untamed Youth and The Three Outlaws.

Well guys… blame it on midnight feasts, unusual and too many hunger pangs or her marriage and rocking ‘sex on the couch’ life with husband Jordan Bratman’… Christie baby has admitted that she’s put on a lot of flesh… in fact so much, that her signature leather chaps can’ hold it anymore…

Christina Aguilera had admitted that she’s gained a lot of weight. And till she doesn’t get back into shape, her favorite leather chaps might have to get stacked up in her wardrobe!!!

I know people that it’s difficult to even imagine her without those chaps… she had immortalized them when she had clubbed them with a string bikini for her ‘dirrty’ music video… but but BUT… we jus hope her BUTT gets back into shape soon

….and why wouldn’t she ?? Christina has managed to get herself a compliment on her Vocal abilities from none other than Axl rose ( Gun’s and Roses frontman ). GUNS N’ ROSES frontman Axl Rose has proclaimed pop star Christina Aguilera to be “one of the greatest vocalists of our time,” .

Speaking to a publication , Aguilera shared the following story from the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards, which took place at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City: “Axl Rose was backstage in the greenroom at the VMAs, right near my glam squad, and I heard that he made everyone in the room quiet down so he could hear my performance. When I met him backstage, he shook my hand and said, ‘You are one of the greatest vocalists of our time’. Isn’t that sweet? Because in my day, GUNS N’ ROSES were, like ‘it.’”

We must say that after all those controversies the fact that people actually still respect you is an even ” greater achievement ” !!!!!!!

It’s the time when reality T.V is IN ……..Christina Aguilera prefers to keep her personal life vey private and exclusive…………..yes..quite suprising ..especially to hear these kind of things from Christina !!!

When Christina was asked if she would like to be part of a show which documents her married life her reply was……. no way. Aguilera told a magazine that the idea had been proposed to her and her husband, Jordan Bratman. She said that her marriage is sacred and she feels a reality show would exploit it. She’s worried that things could get taken out of context and exaggerated. She also said that reality shows “harp on any little thing” and if anyone knows what it’s like to have things taken out of context, it’s her.

Ok Christina we do agree with you…………but is that really Y-O-U speaking!!!

What’s gone wrong with singer Christina Aguilera nowadays ( was anything right in the first place…umm we can discuss that later ) I mean look at the kind of statements she is giving nowadays…sick would be the only word to describe her behaviour . What now must be your question ……??? Well it’s JUST that Christina is bent on bringing out her wierd preferences for the public eye !!

The singer has revealed that some of the best relationships she has had in the past, have been with gays .She revealed “It used to be, the only good relationships I ever had were with gay men. That was before I met Jordy…” she was quoted as saying.She further said that has always been loyal to her Gay friends and vice versa, adding that she loves them so much, that she’s even willing to lend them her music.

Looks like Christina Aguilera is moving in the reverse gear…or probably she is possessed by Marilyn Monroe’s spirit.

The woman has just started dressing up like the 50s sex goddess Marilyn Monroe. Got her hair colored to the ‘true dumb blonde’ golden. Her wardrobe also seems to have those classic flowy red frocks and body hugging dazzling gold embroidered evening gowns that rose to fame with Monroe.

Not forgetting that blood red lipstick the only source of color on a pale poignant face.

Whatever folks…but the woman looks like comic parody of an old classic…what say???

Well its nothing new in tinsel town to be nude or confess that you love being nude. But the Dirty singer has gone beyond all levels of being shameless and was the other day caught peeing in public. Oh! Yes she was… and mind you it was in a room full of people, she was totally in the nude and later herself spoke of her sexy body.

Now how pathetic is that??? This happened during a costume change of one of her shows, where she was caught peeing in a bucket in room packed with people. Though no video footage has been reportedly captured the dirty babe doesn’t seems to have any issues with it.

She later told the Blender magazine, that she doesn’t mind being spotted nude cos she has a sexy body (she’s got a great sense of humor you see) and later added that even wouldn’t mind, even if she were to be caught peeing nude. Well, all I can say is Christina Aguilera stinks…

Christina Aguilera has spilled her beans to Blender magazine, to say the least. In a recent edition of the magazine she talks about sex and Jessica Simpson.
Christina tells the magazine, “I’m comfortable with my naked body.” So confident and fearless is the blonde about going nude, that she admits to have urinated in a bucket before a room full of strangers during costume changes while on tour. How putrid can a person be in the name of professionalism?

When Jessica Simpson and her stayed in the same hotel during the MTV VMA’s, the latter slipped a note beneath Aguilera’s suite door. Christina says, “She said the sweetest things about my work. Women are so ‘super-catty’ sometimes…But Jessica is ‘super-sweet’ and noncompetitive. I sent her a big bouquet of flowers.” So camaraderie still exists in world of show-bizz!
